A Hybrid Experience
"Creating experiences based on user research through Service Design"

The project consists on a deep analysis of the user experience of a coffee shop, Casa Canela, in Caracas, Venezuela, along with detailed improvements for its service design. Casa Canela provides its customers with a hybrid experience that combines a cafe, used mainly for social gatherings and business, and a market with its signature bake shop goods, healthy products and other grocery items. The work consists of identifying the most profound weaknesses in Casa Canela’s service and finding innovative solutions and improvements, both for the user experience as well as for Casa Canela’s employees.
